Yes! You have 14 days from the day you receive your device to return it for a full refund. No questions asked. And you are covered for up to 1 year if your device breaks for any reason we will replace it with a new one for free!
No. Our device only allows access to national and regional Italian and international channels that broadcast freely in live streaming.
No, it is not possible to record with our device
You must insert the activation code that you have received at the time of the order.
To renew, please visit www.cibortv.com in the renewal section and select the renewal option you wish. You will receive a new activation code.
The activation code is sent by email at the time of your purchase, please check in the spam section as well.
Please check the Speed Test on the Home Page. The optimal internet speed is at least 8 Mbps.
